What is togetherr?
togetherr is a premium platform offering brands, agencies, and creative talent a streamlined way of buying creative talent and projects via a transactional platform. Using the Creative Genome technology (cutting edge AI), togetherr will source three possible creative teams that match a brief- and the buyer can then select the team that best fits the skills, experience and attitude required. Talent is able to apply and will be vetted by our team of creative experts. Clients pay a straight transaction fee of 15% per project, plus the cost of a dedicated togetherr account director’s fee. Signing up to togetherr is free, but you must be registered to be a part of the community.
What is the link to Fiverr?
togetherr is owned by Fiverr, the world’s largest freelance marketplace, although it operates as a separate entity and exists independently. It has the benefit of being able to harness the experience of some of the best platform developers, engineers and independent talent enthusiasts in the business. togetherr is built by ex-advertising veterans and its expertise is in finding world-class creative teams for world-class creative projects.
For brands & agencies
How does payment work?
An upfront payment of 15% is essential to start a project and this amount is deducted from the last payment.
Invoices will be issued for each one of the phases of the project - before the phase starts.
Can I terminate the contract?
There is one point for termination during the process - which is after the creative concept phase. Please advise us if you want to terminate.
How do you define creativity?
Creativity is ever-evolving and its definition is broadening by the day. Our talent pool includes individuals with all the cutting-edge cultural experience you would expect to brilliantly attack any creative challenge. Togetherr is run by seasoned creatives - many ex-agency - who understand the business of creativity. No problem or challenge is too big for us to wrap our talent pool to wrap their heads around.

What projects/campaigns can I do on togetherr?
It all depends on the brief! togetherr specializes in end-to-end creative projects: whether it’s an entire re-brand or the launch of an existing brand in new geography, or a campaign designed to make or shape culture. As such, our prices vary according to the size and scale of a project.

Why are the teams right for my project?
togetherr’s Creative Genome AI takes all of a brand or agency’s brief and crunches it: by sector, discipline, industry, and expertise, etc... It also takes into account that highly sought-after and elusive ingredient: chemistry! Creative talent on the platform is able to find and “favorite” the people they enjoy working with and who they produce the best, career-defining work with. Basically, we find you the best team for the job. You then select your favorite team from our selection of three.
How do I write a Brief?
A brief template will be provided to you by the account director before the kickoff meeting. Soon after, it will be embedded on your brand workspace.
How do I select a team?
Read the profiles and take it from there. We’re on hand to help if you can’t make that critical decision.
How inclusive is togetherr?
One of our core values is inclusivity. It matters to our clients, it matters to our talent and it matters to us. The talent on togetherr comes from many countries in the world. We have 56% women on the platform. Our matching algorithm has no unconscious bias. We simply find you the best-suited teams for the job, regardless of borders.
Does togetherr just let me choose a team or will I be helped in the process?
togetherr blends the best of both worlds. Our superior algorithm sources a client the best team, but we also have real humans behind the scenes who are on hand to help with any questions. Please contact your account director or our team at any time at [email protected] and we’ll come back to you as soon as we can, and definitely within 24 hours.
What else is included as part of the transaction fee?
Apart from the access to one of the best creative talent pools in the world and three best-fit teams, generated for you based on your project definitions, togetherr also offers an end-to-end project management platform that helps you keep track of your project’s progress and process, communicate with your team, give feedback and document sign-offs and approvals. Once you have been onboarded as a client, you are then free to work with creative teams from all around the world (without having to re-initiate conversations with procurement, legal, and finance departments). It’s smooth, effortless, and simple.
How do I communicate with my team?
Right after selecting your dream team, togetherr’s Account Director will set up an introduction meeting. From that point on, the communication with the team will be set according to everyone’s preference: whether it be face-to-face or a virtual meeting. Exactly what you’re used to.
What happens if the project schedule is not adhered to?
Our project management dashboard is designed to help keep projects on schedule. The dashboard presents the entire project’s timeline - this includes the dates for each delivery, check-ins, presentations, what the team is working on at each stage, etc. Prior to kicking off any project, we will get approvals on this timeline from both the talent and clients. With weekly and, at times daily, check-ins, we will be able to know if there are any issues with the schedule very quickly and can address them accordingly.
If the delays are due to the client’s schedule, availability to meet, providing feedback within the agreed-upon time frame, or any other issue, we can discuss the changes with the account lead/PM, Talent lead, and client.
If the delays are due to issues pertaining to the talent, e.g. delays in deliverables, we will discuss with the Account/Project Manager and Talent Lead how to get back on schedule.
What happens with holidays?
Timelines will be agreed upon and approved by both sides at the beginning of the project, taking into consideration holidays.
How can I secure copyright and assets?
Unless agreed otherwise in an Order Form, upon delivery and subject to full payment by the client, the delivered work shall be the exclusive property of the client, and the client is granted all intellectual property rights, including copyright in the deliverables.
What happens if my team works with my competitor?
As part of the client onboarding process, we encourage you to upload your own non-compete agreement, so all relevant talent can review it beforehand, and agree to sign on before the project kickoff.
Who can I talk to?
For each project, a Senior Account Director, with extensive experience from top-tier agencies (both in creative and senior management) will work with you, support you, take care of the process, and will be on-hand to address any issues/concerns/feedback you have.
For Talent
If I apply as a talent, will I be accepted? What’s the process?
togetherr has committed to onboarding the best talent in the industry. Often this means having a proven track record in producing the kind of breakthrough creative work that generates outstanding business results. The kind of work that makes an impact on culture. Sometimes you just need a leg-up though! For people with little to no experience, please fill out your profile and if you are approved by two of our creative experts (peers, council, or togetherr team), you’re in. One of our values is inclusivity and we don’t want to slam doors in your face.
What is the vetting process for creative talent?
Our vetting process is done by combining auto-vetting capabilities with the power of the broader togetherr community. We combine AI with human endorsement.
Each person that applies to the platform goes through an auto-vetting process that checks several criteria (experience, skills, awards) to find out if there’s a good fit.
In a case where an individual did not provide us with enough information on her/his profile or doesn’t meet the criteria, she/he is invited to add more information to her/his personal profile and ask for endorsements from two other communities members.
What level of talent is on the site?
All levels. From C-suite to Junior. togetherr is truly a meritocracy. We want the best talent on the platform, whether you're used to being in the corner office or in the back corner.
How does payment work?
togetherr doesn’t charge anything from talent. As a creative talent, you need to provide us with your daily rate, and you’ll be invited for projects where your daily rate (experience, expertise, and attitude) fits the clients’ budget and project brief.

When do I get paid?
The payment terms are defined based on the agreement between you and the clients. Payment will be made to Talent within 14 days following the payment of the applicable service fee by the Client.
How do I refer to other colleagues / friends / associates?
As a vetted talent on togetherr, we encourage you to invite your favorite colleagues and build your own dream team, with the people you like to work with and who you produce brilliant work with.
